Our Team Leaders and Home Office Professionals ensure that our Salon Professionals have the finest in training, resources, work environment and the general support necessary to meet and exceed our company goals and our guests’ expectations.

These two groups meet regularly and work as a team to discuss short term opportunities, establish goals and objectives, monitor performance and communicate results to the salons. Once a year, representatives from these groups meet at a strategic planning session designed to establish long-term objectives.

We believe this process enables us to provide our professionals with the highest level of training available including: awareness of guests’ needs and company goals. We are also able to ensure that we are constantly providing a safe and stimulating environment, professional incentives and recognition for all of our team members’ accomplishments on a regular basis.
